AI Content & Usage Policy

Product Ad Studio uses AI to help you create short video ads from product information and images you provide. This policy explains how content is generated and the rules that protect you and your audience.

You provide product details, images, logos, scripts, voiceover preferences, and creative direction. The quality and accuracy of your ad depend on the accuracy of what you provide.

Your inputs may be sent to our hosting and AI-generation service providers to generate concepts, storyboards, scene footage, and preview files. You review the product details, claims, script, and on-screen text before generation and should review every output before use.

Product Ad Studio does not use your uploaded content to train a Product Ad Studio-specific model. Third-party service providers process content under their own terms.

Product Ad Studio will not invent:

• Customer testimonials or reviews
• Personal experiences presented as real
• Customer names or identities
• Ratings, certifications, or endorsements
• Sales numbers or performance statistics
• Medical, health, safety, financial, or guaranteed-result claims
• Product benefits not supported by the information you provided

The "UGC-Style Product Story" ad style creates conversational, creator-style product content built only from the product information you provide. It does not simulate a real customer's experience or invent a reviewer. If you want genuine testimonial content, you must supply the exact verified testimonial and confirm you have permission to use it.

Before generating, you confirm that the product claims, testimonials, trademarks, images, and other information in your ad are accurate and that you have permission to use them. You are responsible for reviewing every generated ad and for complying with advertising laws and platform policies where you publish.

Generated videos and project content are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, protect accounts, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You can export or delete your content at any time (see Privacy Policy).

You may not use Product Ad Studio to generate deceptive, illegal, infringing, hateful, sexual, or harmful content, or content that impersonates real people without consent.
