What do I get for $15?
One purchased Video Credit for one finished, watermark-free vertical video. You review the product, concept, script, and storyboard first. One full regeneration uses another credit. There is no subscription attached to the $15 option.
What is in the downloaded video?
The current generation flow combines short AI-generated scenes, reviewed on-screen text, and your uploaded product photo in the closing shot. Downloads are MP4 or WebM depending on your browser. Voiceover and music are not currently added; scripts can include voiceover planning.
How are my product images used?
You upload reference images after beta approval or a paid purchase. The closing shot uses your uploaded product photo. AI-generated scene footage may not reproduce packaging or labels exactly, so review product accuracy and claims before publishing.
How do monthly plans work?
Creator is $49 per month for five Video Credits; Growth is $99 per month for twelve. Both renew monthly until canceled. Included credits reset after a successful renewal and do not roll over. Separately purchased credits do not expire.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Contact support before the next billing date to stop future renewals. Cancellation is handled through the payment provider and paid access continues through the current paid period. This is a support-managed process, not an instant self-service cancellation portal.
What if generation fails?
The app attempts to return the reserved credit when the controlled generation flow fails. Contact support if your balance does not recover. A one-time purchase is eligible for a refund if generation fails and cannot be re-run and no finished video has been downloaded; contact support within 14 days.
Will these ads increase my sales?
There is no guarantee of views, sales, or ad performance. Use the studio to develop creative, check every product claim, and test what works for your own audience. Paid finished videos include the commercial usage rights described in the Terms.
