Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Product Ad Studio. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Product Ad Studio turns product information and images you provide into short, vertical video advertisements, including advertising concepts, storyboards, voiceover, captions, and a downloadable MP4 video.

One Video is available for $15 as a one-time purchase. It adds one purchased Video Credit and does not renew automatically. Creator costs $49 per month and includes five Video Credits per paid billing month. Growth costs $99 per month and includes twelve Video Credits per paid billing month. Subscription checkout authorizes automatic monthly renewal until canceled.

Generating ad concepts and storyboards does not consume a Video Credit. One completed video or full regeneration consumes one Video Credit after you confirm. Additional revisions are not available until their scope and price are approved.

A Video Credit is reserved when generation begins. If the controlled generation workflow fails, the service attempts to restore the reserved credit. Contact us if the balance does not recover.

Free preview credits and separately purchased One Video credits do not expire. Creator and Growth included credits reset after each successful monthly renewal and do not roll over. Separately purchased credits remain available after renewal or cancellation. Completed videos remain in your account after cancellation, subject to the published content-retention policy.

Creator and Growth renew automatically each month until canceled. To stop future renewals, contact support before the next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; included subscription credits expire when paid access ends, while separately purchased credits remain.

One-time purchases are eligible for a refund if generation failed and could not be re-run and you have not downloaded the finished video; contact support within 14 days. Subscription payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all product claims, testimonials, trademarks, copyrights, images, and other information used in ads created with Product Ad Studio, and for ensuring you have permission to use them. You are responsible for complying with advertising laws and the policies of any platform where you publish your ads.

Product Ad Studio will not invent customer testimonials, reviews, ratings, personal experiences, names, certifications, endorsements, sales numbers, or performance, medical, health, safety, financial, or guaranteed-result claims. If you want testimonial content, you must supply the exact verified testimonial and confirm you have permission to use it.

Free watermarked previews are for evaluation only and do not include commercial usage rights. A paid, watermark-free finished video may be used on paid social, your website and other channels where you advertise the product you provided.

Limitations: commercial usage rights cover the finished video as delivered for advertising the product you provided. They do not transfer ownership of Product Ad Studio's software or brand, do not grant rights to content you do not own, and do not permit resale of the raw generation outputs as standalone stock assets. You remain responsible for the legality of the content you publish.

You may not use Product Ad Studio to create deceptive, illegal, infringing, hateful, sexual, or harmful content, or content that violates third-party rights. We may refuse to generate, or remove, content that breaches these Terms.

You retain rights to the product information and images you provide, subject to the rights of any third parties. Product Ad Studio retains rights to its software, brand, and service. Generated videos are provided to you under the commercial usage rights above.

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (including responsibilities, liability, and ownership) remain in effect.

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Product Ad Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the performance of ads you publish. AI-generated content may sometimes contain errors; you are responsible for reviewing every ad before publishing.

Any additional governing-law or dispute terms that apply to a paid offer will be disclosed before checkout becomes available.
